a few days ago, some rowdy teenage kids were horsing around near my squad car. One was even sitting on the fender. I politely approached the boys and asked them to disperse. Thay laughed and gave me the finger.

The one sitting on the fender told me to "go back to my donuts, muthafukka" at which point I smacked him across the face with my baton, knocking out two of his teeth. Now the little Sh!t is threatening to sue me, and says his father is an attorney. Should I be concerned?

Yea, I'd say you should be concerned. There was no need to use force.

"That's assault, brotha!"

I call bullshit. If you are indeed a cop and this actually happened, your PBA attorney would be so far up your *** right now you wouldn't be able to sit dow, yet alone ask this question on the internet to a bunch of peoplewho can't help you. Go entertain someone else, you are full of ****.

It's a good thing you're not really a cop, because any cop who thought assault and battery was an appropriate response to a rude gesture shouldn't be on the force. Of course if it had really happened, you would deserve every bit of the deep doodoo you would be in.

If you were ACTUALLY a cop, you wouldn't have to ask...and if the kids father was ACTUALLY an attorney, you would already know the answer..!!

No. Unless some clown video taped it and posted it on youtube or whatever you should be fine. If they taped it, I'm sure a link would have already been posted here. ME would have posted a death warrant for you already too, I'm almost positive.

I think you're making up something and are not an officer.

If you really are an officer - you should immediately resign.

No, not at all. Your question is phony, the situation did not take place, so you do not have anything to worry about.
