My favorite is Chinese traditional, Cantonese.
Egg Foo Young with gravy.
Pork fried rice ( also with a bit of gravy instead of soy sauce)
Pork or chicken chow mein. With real egg noodles below the
pile of vegitables and bean sprouts and other Ch. vegies.
Deep fried battered shrimp,
or Deep fried battered chicken strips with sesame seeds
Occasionally I'll have brocolli and almonds and chicken bits
in a light sauce.
We found a great Chinese buffet that has four tables that
have everything under the sun. Yummy!

It depends on what you like, I am a former chef and worked all over, including Singapore and travelled to Thailand, Japan and also worked in Jamaica.
The area has so many, Thai is nice for spicy, Indonesian/Malay for currys and seafood, Vietnamese for soups and great spring rolls, Japanese, Indian and Chinese are the best known, but Korean has many very interesting and delicous dishes.
Korean like Thai is a bit spicy, and they all have traditional dishes, lots of seafood and if you want to try them all and make your choice, here in Toronto, I can get anyone when I want, and we have all the markets with fruits, veg and cooking ingredients so replicating them is very easy.
Once you have found your favorite, try to make some of it at home, you may find it is easier than you thought.

I am in LOVE with Korean food. Ever since I went to Korea for the summer I've been completely addicted to their food. I love Jajangmeun which is basically noodles with a soya sauce. I also like Kimbap which is rice wrapped in seaweed with different vegtables inside and Topoki which is like a rice cake sort of thing that is deep fried and then smothered in a hot, spicey sauce. Wow there's so many different foods to name and so many that I like I don't think I can name them all lol. Oh oh and ice noodles are really good as well and Bibimbap which is a bowl of rice mixed with different vegtables and a spicey Korean sauce!!! I love it all!!!
