You have no fruit or vegetables. Replace the frosted mini wheats with a plain cereal and add some fruit. Lose the bread at dinner and try a salad instead. I think the burrito may put you too high on the carbohydrates, so substitute raw vegetables, possibly with a lo-cal dip. Gatorade in the afternoon is probably ok but no ice cream. Try a frozen yogurt instead.

not healthy.
any cereal that has "frosted" in its name is not good. try Kashi cereals - they are the best in regular food stores.
burrito? there are better choices. white rice is bad, the only good thing in it is beans. vitamin water is not a good choice - plain water is much better.
spaghetti would be OK if they were whole wheat ones, tomato sauce only if its organic otherwise it has too much sugar and other additives. bread -only whole wheat. Gatorade -as i said plain water is much better.
ice cream - fat free frozen yogurt is much better choice.
your diet lacks fruit and veggies - you should be having 5-8 servings a day.
you should be eating small meals every 2-3 hours (5-6 small meals a day) instead of 3 big ones.
