A lot of you think i am insane for improving the mexican border but i did it for legal reasons. Now, i am ok with illegal migration and think of turning the border back into its original state as one of my last actions. Good idea?

Napolitano has additionally mentioned that strict border monitoring isn't yet mandatory. So it truly should not be a marvel that she mentioned “crossing the border illegally isn't a criminal offense.” Napolitano is noted section B, call 1325 of the U.S. Code that states otherwise. as a results of fact the former governor of a border state with Mexico, she of anyone must be painfully attentive to the rigors and tribulations Arizonans, Californians, New Mexicans and Texans have persisted. The Phoenix-metropolitan section is now the ranked as a results of fact the worst and maximum possibly place to be abducted contained in u.s., and Napolitano isn’t rankled by this scary piece of information? meanwhile, as Napolitano is ineffective as native land risk-free practices chief, she is now attempting her hand as Secretary of wellbeing and Human amenities talking out concerning to the swine flu situation. possibly she would be in a position to insult that away. She should not be conserving the two of those jobs.

You have the power to pardon people for crimes and alleged crimes.

How about pardoning 20 million illegal immigraants?

How about providing the various government offices that deal with immigrants with a form that immigrants can fill out to get one of these pardons. Also send a supply of them to employers who need cheap laborers.

They would apply to "immigration law violations" that are no more serious than a jaywalking or speeding traffic ticket. Immigrants who have done something more serious could still be in trouble for the more serious stuff.

I think there shoud be a electric fence / wall with a mine field behind it. A 1/2 mile kill zone manned by our border patrol & national guard w/ shoot to kill orders. A entry control point for those who want to come into the US legit.
