Possibly. I would think you would lose half of that amount in the first 1 1/2 weeks since it is usually water loss. It would give the rest of time to look the rest of the 15 lbs.

Your weight sounds pretty good to me. I don't know why you want to lose. But yes, generally if you're careful with your diet and exercise regularly, you can lose 3 pounds a week.
I'd consider swimming. Once you know how to do it, it's not difficult to swim long distances and it eats up calories.
Be carefull with the saturated fats in your diet, but don't eliminate all fats.
I think your body's going to need a day or two off a week. That's a pretty grueling schedule. Perhaps two days a week you could do an easy workout, like going hiking, or walking, something easy but still working a little bit.
I can see that you have the determination to make this work. Go for it, don't starve yourself, listen to your body (if it hurts, stop), and keep hydrated. Get going!

15 pounds is a bit much to lose. That is 3 pounds a week. Can it be done, maybe. You'll have to lower your calorie intake also.
Working out will help you look leaner, even if the scale doesn't give you a lower number. The whole muscle weighing more than fat thing.

If you set your mind to it then yes it should be achievable. Bear in mind though that you will always lose more weight in the first week than any other week of your diet. I suggest starting off with light exercise and working your way up to a hard work-out. Drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruit and veggies. You could always try the soup diet??

Wow. You are already really lean for your height. I would say it is pretty impossible to lose 15 lbs for your height unless you become belimic, which I do not recommend.
