I would suggest a Ribeye, with good marinade:) Can't go wrong. I like thin cut, nice ad juicy! Worcestershire is a must in the marinade, but if the steak is good you won't need anything else like A1 or sauces.

Other- salt and fresh ground pepper. If it's really a good steak, that should be all you need. The other things you have listed would be good for covering up the taste of a not so good steak.

Good steak needs nothing more then salt and pepper. Then cooked over very high heat. Its the cooking method and quality meat that makes a good steak. No way im gonna pour any of those sauces over a bueatiful organic grass fed steak.
