You know, fewer glaring errors and getting rid of that those nasty misogynistic bits plus the slavery stuff.

Why is this a stupid question? I even spelled some of the words right.

well, for sure if the goddesses had had a hand in it

things would be A LOT different (and you all would LOVE it!!!!)

peace, Jack and all

EDIT: I got a litlle excited and forgot the rest of the question...blush

what i was trying to infer with too few words was that LIFE would be better if the goddesses had been more active - as far as the bible goes, they would have gotten rid of alot of those ideas straight away -starting with the rib thing, the stuff about how you aren't suppose to become aware, and expanding out from there....

Utter brilliance! Well done. Of course they might have a problem with God's whole "my way or the highway" and god telling his believer it's a sin to believe in other gods.

Maybe instead we should put Mr. Almighty on trial with a jury of his peers. I'm sure we can scrounge up a jury of 12 imaginary all-powerful beings somewhere around this place. http://www.godchecker.com

First of all, I don't know of any "glaring errors" in the Bible. If you actually do the research, there is a reasonable explanation to each "contradiction". However, most people then say we're just making things up or say we're picking and choosing things, so no matter what we say, their mind will not be changed.

Second, what's the problem with slavery in the Bible? It's part of the history. We don't deny that slavery occurred in U.S. history. So, why should the Bible deny it happened in its history?

Nah, the universe would probably rip itself apart if there were more than one god - just one small disagreement and both egotistical gods would start the fireworks. Just look at the post right above mine if you don't believe God is egotistical.

Very Funny question! Has a bit of a 'premise' to it but I suppose it is a fair question in religon, spirituality and such...Dunno, can you find any of the peer reviewers to review it?

I could just imagine the copyright infringement suits from the other religions that were co-opted. It might have been as fun as the Rosie-Donald spat.

Its kinda hard for the bible to reviewed by other gods since god tells us in the bible that he is the one and only god..no one here before him... no one here in front of him..the beginning and the end...I'm not about to say he is wrong..are you??

In the eyes of polytheism it certainly would. In the eyes of the one true God it would have been blasphemy.
