He lives in Maui and hangs out by the Banyon Tree and Park in Lahaina. We havent been able to reach him by phone ( he has no service as of our last attempt )and my husband is in Hawaii and wants to hook up with him. Can anyone tell me how else I could go about finding him.. Please help..... When we seen him last year we all hung out on front street

I have done the obvious. He lives by the beach not in his own home. My husband is on Oahu and the cost to fly to Maui, take a Taxi to lahaina, etc..... is alot so we are hoping to find someone that can verify he is there before he spends the money and hits a dead end. this is actually a serious question...

Did your husband go to Billy's house to see if he still lives there? If that doesn't work, tell your husband to introduce himself to Billy's neighbors and say he can't find him and did they last see him.
