Anything that makes you feel thankful. Thank God for your life, of course. Without a life you wouldn't be here right now. Whatever makes you feel grateful to God, thank God for that. It's all your choice.

There is so much to thank God for but you know the specifics.
These are some of the things which I thank God for.
Life
Food
Roof over my head
Bed to sleep in at night
Forgiveness by God
Friends and family
God's goodness to me
God's love and kindness to me
God's faithfulness to me
For my ministry, and opportunities to share the Gospel with others who are hurting and broken.
and so much more, whatever comes up on a given day.

We are on borrowed time. The very act of insubordination to infinite wisdom and the government of Heaven places us on a level where we deserve death. We have many things to be thankful for, the very opportunity of waking up in the morning with whatever health we may have to live for God's glory is, in itself, reason enough. The little things make the sum of life's happiness.
