all food you eat (even the one with a lot of fat and sugar) becomes energy when inside the body and if you dont spend it all it will be stored in fat reserves - everybody have different areas their bodies prefer keeping fat reserves -some bodies prefer hips, some bellies, some arms and legs, some just keep it all over the place.
to get rid of fat - cardio (the only fat burning exercise)

There is no such thing as a food that goes straight to your abs. Any food we ingest is absorbed via the intestines, metabolized by various organs, and whatever is left over gets excreted.

All types of food go to all parts of your body. Food is all broken down into glucose and then re-formed into what your body needs.

If you want nice abs, exercise.

Really, I'm sorry - but this question makes no sense.
All your food goes to your stomach.
Try working out and eating healthy if you mean you WANT abs.
