good day there!!! Recurrence of a hernia relies upon on which type of surgical fix exchange into executed, the technique used and the placed up operative suggestion observed, and so on.. although, a hernioplasty that's executed with a prolene mesh does not recur so truly!! concerning constipation, it somewhat is often risky because it may no longer in basic terms carry approximately recurrence of hernia yet would additionally reason different situations like Fissure in ano, Impaction of stools, fecoliths and so on.. So, constipation on your case must be investigated for and dealt with hence particularly than purely giving laxatives!!! concerning lifting weights, there is not any fastened shrink of weight previous which you will say which you will go through with a hernia, yet greater often than no longer as you have already got suffered with hernia, attempt to no longer bring up heavy weights previous 10 kgs and as a exchange you attempt capability aerobics!!!
