I never doubt it. I figure it was passed down to Moses from his loving ancestors who surmised that story during "Campfire Chats". - My family genealogy has some tales, and good advice, and even a few confessions of bad things we did in the name of "you know who".

As you probably know, I am a red-letter Christian. And, the Holy Spirit visits me just fine, even though I am suspicious of all other Bible references, and a few things that were colored red by Religious Empires.

Nop.

The idea for Catholics and most Christians is that God creates the world in an ordered, considered manner

That does not means in 6 of our days but six of his day so that can be whatever time he pleases. Men have nothing like less ribs that women.

The Bible is mostly a religious book, so it is talks about faith truths, not science truths. And it must remain that way.

Consider the story about creation, is made by people who knows almost nothing about science.

There can be any scientifical explanation for creation as long as a place for God creating humanity and the nature is left that is.

Bingo, have you ever heard of religion? We have faith that the Scriptures are actual and that they have got been inspired via Elohim. you're able to study it some greater. Moses became there and he did write down the words that he became instructed via Yahushua. i don't have faith that any guy has seen or heard Elohim the father. i do no longer think of I even have ever heard an atheist declare that technological awareness does not understand the entire tale. They constantly declare that technological awareness is fact. If the Scriptures have been written via ordinary adult males, how could they have foretold of the Messiah's coming and how could they understand approximately Jerusalem returning returned to the Jews 2000 years later? in basic terms a wild droop i assume. there are this form of great form of prophecies that have been fulfilled that it would be problematic to refute them, yet you do.

I used to. Then I met a talking snake and spent some time chatting under an old apple tree. No, I didn't eat the fruit, even though that damn thing kept insisting. Anyway, the snake told me the bible is the inerrant account of history. Man's history and man's science are b.s.

I also examined the snake pretty up close. No way it could've been about 4.5 billion years old. 6 thousand maybe, but not 4.5 billion... I know wrinkles, pal. They talk too.

No i don't

I'm pretty sure its an allegorical account.
It tells about the fall of men, and that God created allthings (which is pretty impossible for any Christian to doubt).

Of course, sometimes i wonder, could have God made it all a diferent way than the one science is uncovering? Still i've nevce had serious doubt about thetruths in Genesis, what it says and what it dosen't say. And i'm pretty sure it isn't a litteral narration...

You have very good reason to doubt it, Jesus did. He gives us the accurate account in The Apocryphon of John. Be smart, believe Jesus, not Moses.

I don't doubt it but I do question what exactly is happening considering I've very science minded as well.

Lot's wife doubted God and was turned into a pillar of salt. I prefer being a person.

I have no doubts, because I don't take seriously mythology of any religion.
They are just symbolic tales, and they are not the essence of religions.

Doubt God's Word, huh?

Never even occurred to me, and doesn't appeal to me now.
