despite their beliefs or lack thereof? I have a real fondness for many of the regulars, even though we are dead opposites on belief or lack thereof. In my opinion this is an excellent thing!

I enjoy not only the regulars, on whom I can depend to give me less of the repetitive and more of the innovative, but I enjoy newcomers with fresh perspectives. It often takes awhile for a newcomer to learn to filter out and eliminate his or her tendency to ask the "meaning of life" or "Pascal's Wager" questions, but sometimes I just enjoy the evolution of a newcomer into a regular. This is not something I actively pursue, but it strikes me as a pleasant diversion. The regulars often have running themes and many times they create a sort of theoretical framework of successive questions that actually goes somewhere. Others pop in with reminders of questions from 6 months ago that may have created a stir and are now being remembered...giving this place a sort of virtual historical presence. So yes, regulars are interesting folks, but by no means the only interesting folks.
Oh yeah, I have no idea what Live Earth is. I am so information-poor in certain areas. Not only do I have no cable, the cable companies don't operate out this far in the country. I have a tin can and string version of DSL, too! Cheers!

Um, some of the regulars, yes! I've gotten to know them and I care a great deal about them. Two women specifically, are far braver than I could ever be. The things that some of our friends carry on a day-to-day basis, astound me.
Honestly, there are others, that as I got to know them, a creepier side came out. One, specifically is a "creepy internet guy" who hassles women on here. That was something of a disappointment.
For the vast majority, yes. Getting to know them is a joy and so many of them are so smart! I love learning new things from them.

I like most everyone here & I especially love some of the avatars. The ones in R&S are tops, by far!

I've been here as Printninja for a little more than a year (had my first Printninja account suspended early this spring.) I've come to really admire some of the intellect here. Sometimes I read an answer and I just want to grab one of you by the hand, shake it and yell, "YES! YES! Thank you for being smart!!!"
Then, there are some people I'd like to slap silly.

I have found a lot of really good people here and have several as friends on my 360 page. Most people in here are truly seeking answers and for those who aren't-we must consider the source.

I have met some beautiful people here inside and out. I so respect their intelligence and their candid honesty I loveeeeee them hahaha they are awesome. I love learning and understanding different points of views and similar points of views its nice to see so many thinkers and honest answers about what they have gone through in their lives or how they answer the questions and ask the questions .....great people I am very ahppy to be part of Yahoo answers and I hope to learn something new everyday from my Yahoo buddies :))) Godbless you.......:)))

I've only been here a few months, but some of the people here are very neat, theists and non-theists.
Also, I'm not watching anything. I'm going out to get a haircut, right now.
