You need to train and socialize your dog. You don't know how? The best place to learn is a good obedience class. They will teach you about dog behavior and how to teach your dog.

Some dogs do not get along well with others and there is a good possibility that is the case with yours. Some dogs are much better off being an only dog. You could try taking her to the park or other places where she can be around other dogs. See how she acts around puppies. If she is aggressive away from home, think what she will be like if you bring another dog into her home.

Get a male puppy as a opposed to a female, that way she's still the dominant female. Make sure you have a kennel for the puppy so that way when she feels aggravated or aggressive towards the puppy you can put the puppy in the kennel. Also, assure her that she is till the top dog, but the puppy is staying. Dogs are creatures who can adjust to change. You just have to make sure you correct her when she snaps at the puppy especially if the puppy is being not bothering her.

Go and find a puppy you may want. Ask if you can take your dog to visit it before you take it home, so that your dog can meet it without any territorial issues getting in the way (at least with your dog). If your dog really doesn't seem to like it, you can either take it home and carefully watch them for a few days, maybe locking your puppy up at night the first few nights (we did that with our kitten) or else keep searching until you find one your dog instantly likes/ tolerates

if the dog is a puppy still, then u need to get him out more to socialize and to help him/her get used to people and other dogs. this is very important in the development of the dog. If the dog is older than a puppy, then u need to let them work it out and see who declares dominance or u need to get rid of one or the other. dont let them get to the point where they are going to kill each other, make a decision before then.
