If God exists (this eliminates all you atheists from the question, sorry), and He created our minds, therefore our ability to think and to question, why wouldn't He want us to question of Him? Ultimately, He has all the answers, and according to the bible, wants to talk to us. So why are people so quick to run to others with questions, instead of God first?

I'm not afraid to ask questions. I'm constantly asking questions of God.
Sometimes I do ask for advice from others first...mostly because I'm trying to get my mind around the question and see what I'm really trying to ask. Also, God gave me a brain. He expects me to use it. So, I try and solve as much as possible myself and come to Him to ask if this is the correct course or action.
God answers me a lot with "Seek and ye shall find" so I strive to seek first and ask if what I found is what He had in mind.
I believe that God has given us so much...that sometimes we just need to stop and think and look and see that God has already given us the answer.

I am not afraid to ask God questions. It seems like i get responses in different ways, not direct responses. I have asked him things and i got some of it. I mostly get responses through other human beings. Doesn't have to be direct.

Not all people know or want to about the great spirit... that is because God gave us free will, and depending upon how people use this will( good/evil). Only time will tell.

I'm not! He doesn't mind when we ask questions. Some of his faithful servants in the past like David and Habakkuk asked questions, and He didn't rebuke them for doing so! I mean, how else are we going to know if we don't ask!!??

you know i am so happy you asked this question!!!! God does want us to ask Him question but they have to be of a pure heart! if we are asking Him questions because of doubt or because we simply dont like the way He does things you are better off asking someone else! but if you ask out of pure curiosity because you want to no more about Him and want to be closer to Him then it is perfectly alright! a few weeks ago i asked Him how did He come into existance! if you want to know email me but He welcomed my question!

They're stupid, I'm not afraid. The people that's afraid to ask God a question don't believe in God.
