How to use progressive scan on NBA Live 2007?

Nba live on ps2 has a progressive scan feature. I recently bought a HD plasma LCD, thinking it should work now, but it still doesnt show. Does anyone know how to get this to work? Do i need a special wire to connect the ps2 to the tv?

1. If you want progressive scan, you'll have to use the component cables.
2. I don't have the game, but my guess is that you'll have to go into the game's settings and change it to progressive.
3. If the game doesn't have it, then use the PS2 menu and change it to component output.
