Whats the best way to stop getting spots on my back?

I shower often but i still get um.

"Spots" my dog kept getting on my back except when I got in the shower . I suppose thats the difference between you and me.

My husband swears by the good old calamine lotion. After he's showered, I dab it all over the grease areas - along his shoulder blades and down the middle of his back.
Surgical spirit seems to work well, too since rubbing the grease areas with that on a cotton wool pad, removes excess grease.

I tend to get very dry skin on my back, mainly arfter showering
so i use a very low ph shower gel and E45 cream on that area daily, if it is an acne problem then you would have to go to your chemist or doctor for the best treatment.

exfoliate weekly. use some kind of scrub to get the dead skin off, and then use a body wash with salicylic acid regularly to keep your pores clear. also make sure you shower right after working out and wear clothes that breathe well, like cotton.

try rubbing hydrocortizone on the affected areas after you shower and thoroughly dry your skin.

Stop picking at them. My hubby has the same problem and I say the same thing to him!

dont use any form of soap or lotions ,just shower ann they will not appear
