Lately I've been overeating and I don't have a schedule, so basically I just eat whenever I'm hungry which is a bad habit. So what times do you guys normally eat your meals to stay healthy? And do you snack in between or is it not healthy? Is it best to exercise in the morning or in the evening? Thanks a lot!

If you are worried about over eating, then you should spread you meals over the coarse of the day with no snacks and only eat till you are full, not bloated. I do not do that, but I use to with a bunch of friends. My one friend lost over 15 pounds in 2 weeks. It also saves you money.

It's best to exercise in the morning because then you are energized for your day, and you are not as tried so you are more obligated to doing it.

I eat breakfast at 8am- I never ever skip a big breakfast
Lunch at 1pm
Dinner at 6:30
The only time I have a snack is occasionally between lunch and dinner, but that's rare.
I exercise whenever I feel like it, just so long as I do it.

weekends and holidays i eat all the time.
but on an ordinary day i will have breakfast around 8am, lunch at 1pm and dinner at about 5pm. i dont snack during the day but at night i usualy have a snack at around 8ish
and i herd it was better to excercise in the morning .. :-)

5:30pm
no snacks
I exercise for 30 minutes after breakfast, and again after lunch
