I Have really big arms and breast, what exercises can i do to get rid of my arm fat and lower my bust size !!


HELP PLEASE, I NEED IT BAD ,,,, I AM SO SERIOUS AND ALL OUT OF IDEAS

You need to do lots of cardio. At least 30 minutes a day. Really get your heatbeat up.

I do Tae Bo. It is great cardio. Billy Blanks really focuses on arms a lot too. I also lift weights. You may be thinking that would increase the size of your arms but muscle burns fat. Its twice as beneficial. Burning fat and toning. Losing weight will help with breast size. If your breasts are mostly breast tissue and not fat, perhaps a breast minimizing bra would help you feel less self conscious. The first thing you want to do is not to worry.
Stay calm and relaxed, and drink lost of water.

So the process of losing weight begins by limiting how much food you eat, and what the food is.

Eating more healthy foods and limiting how much "fatty" foods you eat is a great start.

Keep a healthy routine of eating fruits and veggies through-out a few weeks. Don't forget to drink lots of water.

Then once you feel like your body is used to the change in diet, you can start to exercise.

Start with slow work-outs... then move on to more vigorous routines. This process should take maybe a whole year to be complete, but you'll notice results in just a month .

Keep a positive attitude and Burn more calories than you eat.

You can only fail if you want to.

i bought some 3 lb weights to tone my arms and it worked great for me. i just did lots of reps with the light weights because i didn't want big muscles. buy some if you can, they were pretty cheap and i just did basic lifts... hold your arms extended in front of you and bend at the elbow pulling the weight to you, then do it when your arms are at your sides. play around and feel which exercises work you the best. i did this every other day and saw results in 2 weeks... also cardio will help you lose weight period, which will be best with the exercises too.... just get your heart pumping and work up a sweat for at least 45 minutes everyday...and anytime i lose weight, my breasts get a little smaller...

There is really no way to effectively reduce the size of just one area of your body. Focus on a full exercise program. I suggest cardio of 30 minutes 3 times weekly. Also, 4 times a week do push ups and weight lifting. You'll tone and reshape your body to something your more comfortable with.

There are people that are big on top, they're built, excuse the expression please, football players.

Usually when a female looses weight, the fatty deposits in the breast go first, the top of the body.
You could try a weight loos program first, then if that don't work, I'm afraid you'd have to do something surgically.

butterfly and arobics w/ a lot of reaching.
try rowing and bench press.
remember to use light weights. and concentrate on your shoulders to slim your arms.
jogging will help reduce the bust size because your body burns a lot of fat.

for the record exercise can make the fat n your arms go away but your breasts will get bigger i suggest going to cosmopolitan.com to look for excercise routine and help there

you should try to decrease your food intake.also try to cut back on sugar.do heavy cardio but make sure to strech before hand.you dont need to get liposuction or anything just eat healthy :-)hope i helped!!!
