I plan on getting 2 tattoos before I go back to college, I want the Libra sign in black on the underside of my right wrist and the characters for rabbit on the other wrist in red.

Are you kidding me? I know I'm a woman but I have both my inner wrists tattooed and know of LOTS of men with them, including guys with sleeves down to their wrists. I know one guy who just did flames on his wrists, all the way around. They looked like they were flaming up his arm, looked very awesome.
So no, not gay. Your choice of tattoo design might not be appropriate for the wrists but who am I to judge, lol.

not unless the tattoo is actually homosexually related. i know plenty of guys who have tattoos on their wrists and i know a lot of gay people as well. none of the gay guys i know have wrist tattoos. one of the guys that has a wrist tattoo is actually an ex navy seal and another is a judo master. definitely not gay.

I think all tattoos are super sexy. On the wrist will give you a good conversational piece also it isn't lame like a arm band or tribal that most guys have (I am sorry if you have either of those)

i dont think so. i have a tattoo on my wrist and i dont think its gay but then again ima girl. i do know lots of men that have tattoos ont here wrists.. not gay

It seems better if you get both wrists done, for symmetry reasons. You should be safe as long as you don't get a gay pride rainbow on your wrist.

it kind of depends on the tattoo. my ex has iron crosses on his wrists and they looked good. but i don't know any guys who have their zodiac sign tattooed on them at all (with the exception of 1 gay guy.. )
so... not the location, but the actual tattoo might be.
