im sure.
wat i mean by this you'll look like everyone else and this wont help. i know im not really answeering ur question but im gin=ving u advice, i too want to be thin too, but losing weight like that is not right. i suggest not eating much, only when u have real hunger. u know when ur stomach is talkin' to u? well thats when ur supposed to eat
not when ur tempted to eat. that makes u fatter. if ur not gonna eat well then u also have to excercise.

Another eating disorder. Great. This question is on here all the time. The answer is the same.

What are you thinking? Not eating? How long do you think that will last? After 1 day you will be SO hungry you will gorge yourself, overeat and gain weight. Trying to diet by NOT eating will only make you GAIN more weight.

It will not work. If you want to really lose weight, then do it the right way. Eat LESS, cut out junk/fast food and sodas and exercise. Even if your exercise is walking briskly (and I don't mean a stroll---really walk and put your butt into it) for 1 hour EVERY day.
You WILL lose weight. Guaranteed.

Oh you will lose a lot of weight and inches but i tell you that by the 5th day you will start feeling dizzie and probably faint as well. I did that for five day and on the six i had no choice but to eat something otherwise I would go unconscience and more likely die of starvation.

there isnt a fast way to lose weight...you can ride your bike if you have one, walk for 30 minutes, jump rope or even do aerobics....a good exercise that i enjoy is rollerblading. stay away from rice, bread, pasta any carbs you can avoid is good. eat lots of fruit veggie and nuts....also you can drink water, crystal light, diet soda...and as you said green tea....that would help you.

if you do all these you will lose at least 2 to 3 lbs a week which is the most that one should lose weight. good luck...i sure going to take my own advice becuase i have gained weight as well...i have to lose at least 25lbss....urrrgggg

you could lose up to ten pounds.. but it would be mainly muscle and water weight. a better solution.. something you could do for up to three weeks without risk of unhealthy side effects, and something that will help you keep the weight off:

The Master Cleanse

Mix:
1-2 Tablespoons FRESH lemon juice
1-2 Tablespoons PURE maple syrup
6-8 Ounces PURIFED water
1 dash cayenne pepper

drink liberally throughout the day, consuming only water in addition to this mixture.

the lemonade has enough calories to keep your body properly fueled and functioning. whenever you lose weight, you always lose water weight first.. but it is an encouraging step to see five to ten pounds gone quick

the lemonade will also keep you feeling satisfied and seriously reduce hunger cravings. its a good cleanser for the whole digestive system and blood stream

when you stop drinking it, you will find yourself not craving junkfood nearly as much

As a personal trainer-in-training, all I can say is DON'T. You will only hurt yourself more. Depriving yourself of food will make your body think you are starving, so it will actually store more fat, not to mention the fact that you'll be weak and dizzy. If you try to exercise without proper nourishment, you may seriously hurt yourself. Just don't do it, your health is not worth it. If you need to lose weight, get on an exercise program and figure out a diet that will work for you, but do NOT starve yourself.

Ok yeah here we go again.

First off trust me you don't want to do this. You have to do it healthily or it will just be water weight and you will gain it right back.

Trust me, do you really want to starve yourself for a week so that you look skinny for a day or 2.

Anyways answering your question, you would probably lose around 1lb a day if you exercise a lot.

dont take this the wrong way b.c im not putting you down for trying a crash diet. but i tried the same thing once and it was horrible! i didnt eat anything at all for a week trying to lose weight for this pool party and it turned out really bad. I lost a lot of weight but the doctor told me my body went into starvation mode and started retaining everything i did eat. And then as soon as i started eating again my body took all of the food and immediately stored it as fat! b.c it didnt know when i would get to eat again. so you may lose a lot of weight but as soon as you eat again you gain twice as much back!

I wouldn't stop eating. Just limit how much you eat by eating slowly until you feel like you wont be hungry for another couple of hours. Eat only when you are hungry and eat things like salads with ham in it. Check the fat content and sugar content on things and don't eat many carbohydrates. Work out every day (running,sit-ups, crunches, leg lifts) and don't sleep too late. Stay active and eat healthy.

You will pass out after 5 days and end up at the hospital. Maybe you will have lost the weight but you are not going to impress that boy you are running after.

Not good for you and actually ends up making you heavier in the end why? When you do eat you body remembers and retains more calories and fat because it felt starved. Better off eating small amounts and exercising to increase your metabolism
