If you are drinking a reasonable amount, no. Different vodkas are distilled from different ingredients - potato, rye, wheat, barley, and most commonly corn.Could you be allergic to it? If that could be possible, do a search for the brand you are drinking and see if you can find out what is it made from.

If the Vodka is made from wheat you may have a gluten allergy or possibly from potato Vodka. I personally don't care for Potato Vodka .

Same goes for me,,,,,,,,,,,one drink of Vodka makes me puking ill.
There for I must have a very low tolerance to it !

any alcohol causes gastritous ( i cant spell sorry) hence the vomiting and accidents in your pants. i guess it could cause enough gas to build in your stomach to press against your lungs.. umm im no doctor though.. you may just be allergic.
