Definitely the european union if it has 15 stars for the former 15 countries (france, uk, ireland, italy, spain, portugal, greece, finland, germany, austria, sweden, luxembourg, belgium, denmark, netherlands). Now, they have 25 countries and they are planning to add 2 more. Trust me, ive just left france not so long ago. Still remember my geography class. lol
