If you are Ebbony you probably only have 17!! (and forget to count the bottom ones) But most 13 year olds (and most people) have an even number of teeth.
But the question is 'would you rather have hair for teeth or teeth for hair?' mmmmmm

28-32. You should (pretty much) have all your permanent teeth (28). Wisdom teeth (+4) are variable, some get them early, some late, and if you mouth is crowded, you may never get them at all (or have a lot of complications).

32, but the four wisdom teeth may not have erupted (appeared) yet, so you may only see 28.
