what's so special about M&S undies?

Why do we all default to them when there's so much other stuff out there?

Excellent quality at a fair price. I have one bra and panty ensemble that is close to ten years old(so pretty!!) and still going strong, whereas, I cannot say the same thing for other brands.

I have heard that Lady Diana used to wear them before she became engaged to Prince Charles. Good quality, reasonable price.
