$1500- 2000 Per tooth

First, yes implants are expensive. combined with the oral surgery needed to prep the area, I would expect to pay about $3000 per tooth. That is if there are no complications. Second, implants are not good to replace molars as they are not strong enough to withstand the pressure. You know, as an afterthought, dentists who are learning to place implants do need candidates for the classes and you may be able to get the prosthetics placed for the cost of the lab work. Try a dental school, ask your dentist, spread the word and see what happens.

The cost will depend on where you live. I'm having two implants and was quoted $2125 each. THEN there will be costs from placing crowns on each implant, probably around $1000 each. Not an inexpensive endeavor!
