im bout 5'5 or 5'6 n im jus under 9 stone which is a healthy weight i have curvs n all da right places bt i wana lose sum weight from my hips n my tummy if i hold it in it luks flat bt i dnt wana have to hold it in on da beach

I try and do press ups every night and morning, my partner seems to enjoy it as well just laying there, excercise can be fun!!

Thats really good i'm 5'4 and just under 9 stone and i am not fat at all! So this is probley a issue in ur mind caused by skinny models and the media telling you ur not perfect and have to be, alot of women shapes don't have a flat tummy my sister is anerexic and still has a bit of a bump some size zero modles do and trust me most men like more to hold onto than a stick!
If you wanna tone ur belly i sugest 10 situps a night but don't go exessive its not healthy and u can tear ur muslces, a good diet is calorie controll i sugest 2000 calories a day if ur over 30 maybe 1500 a day

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost just over 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !

yeah you don't want to diet so to speak, as it could make you look gaunt. as you may loose weight from face or boobs. you need to do exercises that my work on the hip area. Just keep eating healthy. instead of taking bus or car walk places. as well as saving our planet it will give you toned bum and legs.
do sit ups for tummy.

I notice someone asked what a stone was. for people that don't know its what we call it in the UK. you may use lbs in some places or kilos ... But theres 14lbs in a stone if that help i think that mean you and 126lbs (9 stone) but I'm not sure how to work it out in kilos but you get the idea.

If thats the case you don't want to lose weight, you want to lose fat.

Carry on eating the way you are if you are a healthy weight, and start doing some toning exercises to firm up what you've got.

Tighten up with pilates or yoga or similar, and stay eating healthy. 9 stone is a good weight for your size.

Exercise, go to the gym and they should be able to advise you what is the best exercise to lose bit from your hips etc

20 Minutes aerobic exercise everyday. It sounds like you only need to tone up and not lose weight.
