im 13, so i really cant go to the gym. i cant believe i have cellulite on my thighs. its not too much but its still noticeable! what are some really good exercises for cellulite on your thighs? also, im trying to make m butt more slimmer and firmer...what are the best ways for that. i eat healthy and exercise too....i just need help!

dont worry about it so much - all women and young girls have it nowadays.
what causes it? - yo-yo dieting, depriving/starving your body, not drinking enough water, lack of exercise, non-organic food consumption, not eating enough veggies and fruit, eating junk food, drinking sodas etc.
what you can do? - cardio - its the only fat burning exercise - running, jogging, swimming, rope jumping, hiking etc., eat healthy and drink plenty of water.
there is no specific exercise you can do because all exercises that target your thighs and butt only build muscle - they do not burn fat.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

I think that TRUE cellulite is bacterial(I hate quoting things I'm not 100% on, but I'm pretty sure this is right)...
Leg lungs and squats are good for your thighs in general, but pilates would be the best for overall tone. Good luck.

Skinny people get cellulite you know. Its not simply a case of slimming down, because cellulite isn't just fat, it's fat that has been damaged by poor circulation and drainage.

Drinking lots of water will NOT cure it. Exercise can improve it, as that will help your circulation and drainage.

Why can't you use the gym at 13?? I did.
