I have stretch marks which don't bother me as much as hanging skin. Can anyone tell me if I will have that left over and if so is there a way to get rid of it, short of surgery?

as was already stated losing weight at a slow and steady pace is the best and really only proven method to reduce sagging skin. this is one of many reason why people in the fitness industry always stress the importance of aiming for 2-3 lbs a week.

No way to know, but there is a good chance that you will. At least some. Depends on where your skin was stretched the most. Stomach? Thighs? Arms? Butt?

If you have hanging skin, there is NO WAY to get rid of it without surgery. Hanging skin means because it was stretched so much with the extra weight, it's lost it's elasticity. You can't put it back. It has to be removed.

To minimize sagging skin you have to make sure you are losing weight slooowly. It will give you skin time to bounce back. The reason a lot of formerly overweight people have this problem is because they lost the weight too quickly. 1-2 lbs a week should be sufficient.

No, there is no way to get rid of hanging skin without surgery. The surgeon has to cut it off.

If you lose weight slowly, say at a rate of a pound a week, your body has time to adapt, and for your skin to tighten up. It's not certain that you won't get saggy skin, but you have the best chance of beating it by doing this.

Losing lots of weight fast WILL result in saggy skin.

it somewhat is spectacular and you look super! truly! i do no longer think of what you have is extra dermis, extraordinarily as you probably did no longer weigh that lots before everything and you lost it over a protracted volume of time. this is possibly in basic terms somewhat of fat left over and could pass away in case you shop up the burden loss. the tummy is often between the final places to maintain extra fat. shop at it, and you gets there. you have come a protracted way already.
