I'm sure its more than the percentage of legal immigrants and natural born US citizens but the one law all illegals break is coming across the border illegally (so there it is 100%). And even if the other laws they break are less than our current popuulation I still want an immigration policy that requires people to come here legally through an application process, let the government know where they are living when they come here, and start taking classes to not only know our culture and government but English before they can apply for citizenship.

Well the better question would have been "how many illegal immigrants break the the law twice?"

The answer would be 0%, because any illegal immigrant who has broken the law and is caught by the police will ultimately be deported.
So beside the crime of illegal immigration the immigrants haven't broken any laws. And, hey, you can't really blame them for wanting a better life.

100%
They have all broken the law by being here illegally. They work jobs without reporting their earnings to the government as required by law or they use forged documents which is also a violation of the law.

Considering they broke the law to become illegal immigrants, I would say 100%.

Do you mean how many of them have been convicted of felonies?
