Yes, like the last answer. Whenever lightining strikes a person in a dream it represents the judgement of God has come upon him. When lightning strikes the head, it means that the mind of that of that person has been judged.

They can mean MANY different things, I could be wrong but my speculation would either be divine punishment or possible revelation resulting in a type of God-given knowledge.
