How can I get in touch with my g/f?

I am 99% sure i can win my girlfriend back if i could just talk to her alone. Every time I call a nosy relative of hers always butts in. She tells me she loves me but I cant get her alone with me. Any Ideas

go to her house or send her a letter saying meet me at ( someplace you too like) at midnight and then hope she comes if not she doesn't love you... or is no fun
