Are we still using the MOAB in Afghanistan or Iraq?

Can't blow up rubble, doesn't make sense
Air Force in general, isn't being utilized as much as it could be
MOAB- Interesting fact, the Hebrew name Moab, means from father.

No, because the fighting is all concentrated in high civillian populated areas.

oh no no no, we are too focused on not killing any civilians, we dont want to kill someone and then other iraqis find out and american bomb killed their brother, then BAM! we have 1 more enemy.
