When I was in 10th grade, my English teacher pointed out that the phrase should really be: "Tell it as it is."

That said, "it" means your truth, the way things appear to you.

Ive never heard the phrase "I'm a tell it like it ti is"...Whats a "ti"..either u got that wrong or I'm pretty dumb...Since I figure its the latter(though u could be wrong), I will refrain from answering..
