i have a 95 mustang but its a write off. the engine and tranny are still good so i was hoping i could drop them into the probe i just bought someone told me that it should fit although very tightly but if anyone knows if its possible or not please help
and if so do u know where i can get the engine mount

The only way this swap is possible is to convert the Probe to rear wheel drive and then it will need extensive work to the floor pan and chassis. I have seen this done before, the end result was a very fast Probe, unfortunately it was closer to a race car then a street car, it had no PS, AC, heater, back seat or much of anything else but it was fast.

Good luck getting that to work. You will have to convert that to rear wheel drive and you'll also be a parts guy's nightmare. Just find another Mustang and buy one.

i dont think so .... the probe is a front wheel drive car.. u would have to do major changes to make it rwd... the 5.0 was made for a rwd car..
