Have you tried CareerBuilders.com? Also you can go to your state ran employment agency and register for a job. You will need to put in your cover letter that you have been a stay at home mom for the last 3 years and are re-entering the work force. You need to take stock of what you can do though. Would you be able to work as a receptionist? Can you type and 10 key? Look for jobs that offer entry level as they are willing to train you for the position as long as you have some basic skills with the computer and are able to learn fairly quickly. They may not pay the very best to start with but many companies offer advancement from within. But most jobs in an office that are entry level are a good place to start as you dont work week ends and have the holidays off to spend with your family. Good luck to you and how very exciting to be re-entering the career force!

Contact a local Temp Agency. They can help you find suitable work and also help you build the skills you need to qualify for some of the jobs you would like to apply for.

If you're truly not opposed to anything go the mall. It appears, quite honestly, you don't have a choice. Once you get a job start looking for one you'd like better.

Have you checked with local "temp" or "staffing" agencies for short term job opportunities. Often you can find daily or weekly assignments which work around your busy schedule - especially around your childrens' needs.

Good luck!

I would try a temporary employment agency. they can assess your skills and match you with what would work. Often these temporary placements can open the door to permanent employment in a company.
