Yesterday, my brand new refrigerator that a ordered was delivered and installed in my house and it is built in. We set the refrigerator to 37 degrees F and the freezer to 0 degrees F. Then this morning we checked and they are both at the right temperature, but the only thing is, is that there are three buttons on the inside of the refrigerator that say door open, over temperature and call services. When we open the door, the door open alarm (tiny little blue light turns on, kind of like a sensor) doesnt turn on. We are wondering if we should press the reset button next to it, but we are scared something might happen to it and we dont know if we should just press i or hold it. Please, anyone with some knowledge on this please help us!!! Thank you for your help!!!
