of the "Heavenly Father" before coming to earth to gain a body?
And do they all teach that "Heavenly Father and one of his wives give birth to us in heaven, before sending us to earth to gain a physical body?

Brother G--You're right, I did read this in a book, just last night, which is the reason for this question. I'd never heard any of this before. Thank you for the information. :)

Jill--I just did, as I know there are Mormon believers on here. Which is what Jesus would have me do, rather than judge someone unjustly, as you just did me. :)

Do you know any of the "so called wives" in heaven of Heavenly Father? I wouldn't think so because there is only one taught. Joseph Smith said there is a mother in heaven.
As for giving births in heaven? Sorry you read some mangled anti Mormon book that doesn't know any Mormonisms at all.
We aren't created. We existed from all eternity. As for the progression from an intelligence to a having a spirit body is unknown it doesn't have anything to do with sex and giving birth, which is only in the physical world. We all existed before the world was 1st as intelligences...A being without shape or form then we gain our 1st estate our spirit body.
Like I said before a spirit body isn't made through sex or birthing like the physical world.

Mormons* believe that we all existed as spiritual entities and children of God the Father in the pre-mortal existence. Brother G said it well that we existed as intelligence before we gained our spiritual form through the power of our Heavenly Father.
*Please note the absence of an apostrophe as in the way you put it. There was nothing possessive about the word Mormon in the way you depicted your question.

Yes, including Jesus Christ & Lucifer who is peoples spirit siblings also.
They also write that the as man is on earth, the Heavenly Father also had been a human.
Yes. I think that is why they are so confused about John 3. The first person is born flesh (mothers waterbag) then born of the spirit (spiritual birth). The spiritual birth is being born again. See, people are dead in their trespasses & sin (dead/blind spirits) before salvation. A body, soul & dead/blind spirit. After being born of God, they are whole; body, soul & spirit. Mormons think we were spirits first & put in our bodies, so they are too confused about the water baptism. Mormons think being born of water means water baptism.
When one is born again of His Spirit, that is spiritual birth. The Holy Spirit is with & will fill. The filling of the Holy Spirit is spiritual baptism.

So, it makes greater sense to you that we in basic terms form of "popped" into existence whilst we've been conceived via our mothers and fathers, no rhyme or reason, in basic terms a random happening in the universe? i discover that to be a reasonably frightening theory. Then who, hence, could no longer say below your line of thinking, that all and sundry of this international became no longer in basic terms a random activities. each and everything occurred via risky chemical reactions and there became no making plans and purpose via an organizing intelligence, is that perfect? some human beings might evaluate this to be comforting--those each and every person is atheists. i'm no longer an atheist. i've got faith that God had a pastime plan and a reason at the back of each and everything that occurs in the universe. otherwise, he does no longer be God.

We don't know how our spirits came to be, or were "conceived". I do believe that, if we have a Heavenly Father, then we also have a Heavenly Mother.

Why don't you ask a Mormon and get the truth,
to all your questions concerning their beliefs.
Your question will only create gossip & ridicule.
WWJD. What would he have you do ? ~~~~jill
