Not sure if related, but I drank 3 Pepsi Max in one day, my stomach woke me up in the middle of the night, diarrhea was visiting, thought I had flu, stayed in bed all day dizzy, diarrhea, missed a great party, drank only Gatorade. Next day I was fine, drank 3 more Pepsi Max and then that night woke up with diarrhea and dizziness again. Started thinking maybe it's what I am drinking, not sure, would like to know if anyone else is experiencing similar.

I drink Pepsi Max but it's ok with me. I haven't noticed any side effects or something. It must be something you've eaten too or if you really think it's because of the drink then try to discontinue drinking it and consult your doctor. <*-*>

I have. If I have more than a 500ml bottle I have the same problem - I can drink coke, irn bru, cheap cherryade fine - it seems to be pepsi max - maybe a reaction to a sweetener as it's the only sugar free soft drink I have?

Nope. I drink Pepsi Max all the time .. But I'm a pepsi addict so I get side effects from NOT drinking it.

actually whenever i have diarrhea i use pepsi max as a rehydration therapy, and i always get better this way.
