Absolutely, unequivocally not. You might as well go in and curse out the interviewer. It's an insult to him or her and to the company you hope to work for.
The person who interviews you probably wasn't born yesterday and will be able to tell.
If you luck out and get a naive interviewer, you will be setting yourself up to only be able to perform while under the influence and that kind of performance is always inadequate. The job won't last long because they will find you out.
It sounds like you might want to start thinking about how you're going to deal with your alcohol problem.

Sure! Everyone wants to hire a drunk! Certs will definitely cover up the smell of booze-for about a minute. Let's hope this is a fast interview! Dumb@$$!

Ordinarily, I would say no. But since you needed to ask, it sounds like in your case it might help. Skip the Certs, you want to be as honest in an interview as possible.

LEAVE THE BOOZE ALONE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING UNEMPLOYED. ALSO FORGET THE CERTS, THE BEER SMELL WILL STILL BE NOTICEABLE.
