I'm 5'9 and 150 lbs and trying to get back down to 135...I never eat over 1000 cals either...try to keep it to 800..I exercise 4-5 hours a week and I've increased my workouts to 90min...40 min of cardio and then toning and I finish w/ yoga...I've already lost 20lbs...I had a baby 6mths ago and then back surgery so I've lost like 15lbs. in 6 weeks....I don't think you need to lose more that 15 lbs. honestly..I would try to increase your workouts to possible 5 days a week or make the 3 days a week 90min. Good lUck!!

I think you're not overweight, isn't it?(By calculating your BMI).Anyway, here's some info for you:

If you want to lose 15Ibs,you can calculate from:
Energy intake=energy deposit(stored)+energy expenditure(used)

Let's say that you want to lose 5Ibs in a month, then:
energy deposit is 5Ib/30day*-3500Cal/1Ib=-583Cal/day
(Cal=kilo calories)
(-3500Cal/1Ib means for every 3500Cal of energy expended more than energy intake, your body burns 1Ib of fat)

If you expends 2130Cal/day,then:
Energy intake=2130Cal/day+(-583Cal/day)=1547Cal/day

An average size male, exersice moderatelyfor 1 hour/day expends 2870Cal but a female is 2130Cal.From your nickname, i think that you're a girl,so i put 2130Cal.However,everybody's energy expended is different. If you really want to calculate accurately,it's more complex. You've to consider about basal metabolism, your daily activity and your daily intake calories.

your body needs calories, calories turn into energy, and if you dont have enough calories in your body to burn off, you are just going to feel very tired and your muscles will fill with lactic acid and hurt as well... depending on how fast your metabalism is should tell you what your caloric intake should be... email me with any more questions...

I'm thinking you could lose quite a bit, make sure what you eat is healthy, drink water, that sounds like good excercise.
