Are you a parent? If not ask your parents this question. If you are then answer it your self.
How do you feel when you see your children do something incredibly stupid, especially when you know they know better?
When you get the answer to that question you will have a little better idea how God could know everything and still "angry".
The other question I would pose you in the process of answering your question is what kind of anger is being talked about there? Emotions are not just black and white.
Is it the kind of anger that drives a man to murder someone?
Is it the kind of anger you feel when someone hurts you really badly?
Is it the kind of anger that you feel when you see some sort of extreme injustice done?
There are many forms and levels of anger. Which one is referred to there?

As a matter of fact, each and every thing each soul does or says in the flesh, is being recorded for the great judgement. Think about that. Think about how you might want to act or things you might want to say or not to say, if you knew someone was recording all of it for an upcoming trial where YOU are the defendant.
Thats exactly what is going on. God sounds angry? You have no idea, dude - He says he's returning this time not to be crucified, but as a King, and carrying a big rod of iron; I imagine you can guess what thats for.......Nobody is getting away with ANYTHING. Its getting terribly late in the day, and people had better wake up.

Anger to one person is Justice to another. God being angry with certain people could be viewed as being Just by others. And God being Just is mentioned many times in the Bible too.

The God of the bible is mostly guesswork by it's authors. They didnt know God any better than anyone else, In fact they are trying to invent God and send messages to the people through their writings, No wonder God is angry, having words and feelings put into his mouth. God never wrote a single word in the bible, Men wrote it all. And if God was quoted, it is still only heresay.
Gods image has been tarnished more by some of his follwers (and quoters) than by anyone who didnt belive in him.
I am certainly not saying there is no God, I do believe there is.
But I think the arrogance of Man has altered greatly what God is trying to tell us.
How many people have been killed by other Men claiming to be killing in the Name of God. If God needs killing done, I think he could do a better job himself!

Do you know your kids are going to mess up? Do you get angry with them anyway? Do you know that you are right and they will grow up and be fine? Do you let them choose the wrong way and allow them consequences sometimes? Do the choices they make...make you angry because their pain was preventable? God is way bigger than that but with the same basic concept.

God is also a jealous God. Idols and idolatry make Him angry. He clearly tells man that He created you and that He is the One and only God. Besides God no gods exist. All else is falsehood and deceit . . . the products of the devil.

No. God knows nothing, because he doesn't exist.
The reason that God is portrayed as angry or loving in various parts of the Bible is because that's what the writers thought would fit the story. It doesn't have any basis in reality.

Good question, maybe he got angry because all of his friends are on Earth and there isn't anything he can do about it because he gave up his one chance to visit Earth and it ended badly.

God knows everything that is happening, but he does not know the choices you will make. This is free will. So, you see, your choices could make him angry.

Here's a brilliant little verse:
If God is omniescent and omnipotent, does he have the omnipotence to change his omniescense?
Something like that anyway.
