We just had on on the 4th of July. My husband and I wore matching shirts that my mom got us on a recent trip. Her and my brother showed up in shirts from the same location.

red silk dress with white ribbons~! Or a small, knee length dress with polka dots. Hey its your choice...don't wear flip-flops though!
And since its inside a country club, maybe you could also wear a nice tank top or shirt and a long skirt!
