An 11 year old should not be worrying about loosing weight.
The weight you have is probably "puppy fat" and will go by itself as you go through puberty.
That said it's never too early to start on a sensible diet, lots of fresh fruit and veg, steamed fish, chicken and not too much pasta, bread and sweets.
Also, exercise is a great way to keep fit and it can be free (going for a walk or run in the park). Again though, be sensible and safe, do you have a friend or family member who can go with you?
Don't worry about your weight, you're too young for that, enjoy your childhood. Take it from me, it goes real quick and you'll never get this time back.
Have fun and don't fret.

I would be very careful with trying to lose weight. Unless your doctor has indicated that you are over weight, you probably are not over weight. But if you are determined, I'd suggest cutting out sweets/desserts and then exercising. That's the only healthy way! It's not good to lose more than a couple of pounds a week - if it comes off too fast, it's not healthy. Good luck and be safe!

That's a good weight, you're not overweight at all! That's within the normal weight range for an 11-yr-old.
Also, at 11, you shouldn't be worried about your weight anyway! Plenty of time for that later, I know it's hard to hear, but you're young and you shouldn't worry! =)
If you're really concerned, tell your doctor on your next check-up, or go to your parents (maybe your mother?) and tell them how you feel.
Exercise helps, but don't become an over-exerciser, that's dangerous too. Half an hour a day won't hurt you, and it can have a lot of other benefits too. Eat healthy (and for gosh sakes, EAT!!! Don't skip meals and starve yourself, you'll horribly imbalance yourself and you could do pretty bad damage to yourself!)... veggies, salads, those sorts of things. Remember your food groups and don't count calories, they don't matter. Try not to eat too much junk food (cut out pop, I did and I felt WAY healthier afterwards!).
That's a bit of advice for MAYBE losing weight, but the important thing is to be healthy, not super-skinny!
Take care! =)

Look at this website: http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx. You don't need to lose weight, but you should eat healthy foods and get fit. Stop drinking sodas and eat sweets only as a treat like once a week. Go for a 30-minute walk once a day and build up to one hour. Those are things that will keep you healthy without hurting you. You don't need to lose ten pounds, you need to worry about feeding your body things so you will grow. You don't want to stunt your growth through dieting.

Your still young. Don't diet as it could make you fatter when older. as dieting slows the metabolism down (how fast your body burns fat) all you have to do is make sure you do some walking every day or maybe get your favourite CD and dance around your bedroom. get you hart pumping a little a day. and eat healthy. drink lots of water through out the day. eat loads of salad to bulk up your plate at a meal time. I love green salad with cucumber and tomato. i have that with ever meal. eat normally.
Hope this helps.

i wouldnt worry too much if you are eating a healthy balanced diet. Consiting of carbohydrates proteins calcium vitamins fibre et.......... just eat healthy meals and keep active. doing at least 60minutes cardio vasucular exercises ( good for the heart) like jumping , skipping, skating, swimming etc... theres lots you can do to kepp the weight off... but don't crash diet as it could damage your health... .At the age you are at now i wouldnt worry too much as when you get a little older your body will change and everything should even out.... happy healthy eating......
