Yes I am a great fool. I am not wise. I know nothing. I don't even have the slightest bit of knowledge about my own faith. I ask so many questions. I read so many things. I find more and more that I know less and less. I am not an expert on anything. There's just so much to know.

The only things I do know are these:

1 - I am a great fool.
2 - I don't know anything.
3 - I am weak.
4 - I fail my God on a daily basis.
5 - I'm sorry.

You sound humble. I pray for your salvation because although I may not know much either, I do know we all need a savior and the only name given to us by which we may be saved is Jesus Christ. God bless you.

Well at least you're humble (maybe a bit too much), and more people could benefit from that.

The fact that you ask so many questions doesn't make you a fool. Quite the opposite, in fact. The fool is the man who thinks he knows everything.

You're right, there is a LOT to know about the world in general, and religion/faith is just a small part of that. You're not failing God, seeking knowledge is a key part of the Christian life.

And you have nothing to be sorry for.

EDIT: You've also shown more love towards humanity in two questions than I see most Christians show in years. Believe me, you aren't failing anyone.

The first step to wisdom is the understanding of how big a fool you are. Next step: getting over that and learning what you can.

As long as you don't stop at Number 5, that sounds like the beginning of wisdom to me. To know that you don't know makes you teachable.

To know that you don't know and be willing to leave it at that doesn't say much for your opinion of yourself or the Creator.

oh, but you are wiser than you know, its that mentality that will get you anywhere you want to go....an open mind will get you anywhere, a closed mind will get you only where you already are.
