I am 5'4" and I'll be 15 in August. My weight on average is 120 pounds. I wear sizes 3 &4 in juniors. Should I lose weight?

I dont like to put it as "losing weight" I reffer to it as creating a healthier life style. You weight seems fine to me, but weight dosnet always come from eating a lot. Your weight is ushally effected by matabism. It is always great to start being healthier. However, eating only healthy and excersing all the time is NOT a good idea!!! To start on the right foot you should exerise 2 times a week. Take walks, and try to make excersing fun. You can ask friends to come along and help. Eat in moderation. You shouldnt quick sugar cold turkey. Dialy carbs and calories keep our hair thick, skin normal, and bodies growing normally. GOOD LUCK

No I dont think that you have to lose any weight at all. People today (especially the youth) are so caught up in the fasion and celebrity hype that the think they have to be a size 0 in order to look good.. Just eat healthy and stay fit and you will be fine.

Definitely, definitely not. The absolute highest weight that one could be at 5'4" and still be considered 'healthy' would be about 139 pounds. You're fine. If you still have questions, ask a doctor and visit the link in my sources.

No, I think you are fine. Make sure you focus on being healthy. Having excess weight is only one sign of being unhealthy. There are so many other signs, poor diet, high stress, eating disorders, etc.

NO! But if you don't believe me, try this website: http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx. You can put in your exact age and it will tell you that you're at a healthy weight.
