I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far.
I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

There is no easy way to loose weight and if u want to loose it long term then these bogas diets will never help you you just have to eat proportionately (small proportions think about when you eat the net weight of the food a certain percent of that stays in you in fat and water weight, Exercise MAKE SURE YOU SWEAT. sweating is good. Ime on a high school wrestling team so i have to loose alot of weigh sometimes so i know what ime talking about.
here is a basic overview of my workout on a daily basis.
I will start by running until i break a good sweat,
then i will go into a series of calisthenics (pushups,crunches, jumping jacks,) when you do these make sure your heart rate stays up and you keep sweating.
the best way to keep your mind on loosing weight is to set incremental goals of one or half a pound over 2-3 days cut back you portions of food to meet your goals and DONT EAT JUNK FOOD!

Avoid "white food" such as bread, crackers, potatoes, rice, pasta, cereal, sugar and flour (watch breaded foods). Eat a lot of fresh vegetables (skip iceberg lettuce - it's worthless), okay to cook some of it, a little fresh fruit, lean meats of your choice and eggs. Have a single serving of a forbidden food every three days to quell your cravings and to fool your body. Use Omega 3-6-9, flaxseed, and/or olive oils to dress up your food along with plenty of seasonings. You are aiming for healthy foods not just low cal or low carb. Drink 1/2 - 1 gallon of water and walk at least one mile a day, every day. If you are hungry, eat. Don't starve yourself. If you don't eat enough your body will shut down into survival mode and hang onto the fat.

i could teel u the simples way and it does work is to really do not eat nothing that contains sugar.exercise as much as you can driks lots of water.grab a fruit instead of junk foods.do not take more then 25g of carbohydrate a ady if u do that u will loose weight i done it i have lost 12 pounds IN ONE MONTH but i have to continue because im am overweight as well.but really put ur mind to eat and exercise as much as u can and u will see something soon just change ur diet as much as you can into vegeterian if you can,chicken beefs its good you can but stay away fron the sugar pleasee!!!

First of all, How tall are you and how much do you weigh? I suggest running in the morning, it burns alot of calories. Drink lot's of water, most of the time when you think your hungry, your just thirsty. Drink green tea, it is said that if you drink 3 cups of it, you'll burn 70 calories, because it speeds up your metabolism. Eat lot's of vegetables and fruits, and completly cut out junk food, except for once a week. Because if you don't treat and reward yourself, you'll end up not sticking to your diet and exercise regime, Hope this helps, Goodluck :)

Drink in morning with warm water two spoons of honey and lemon without having anything and green tea 5 cups a day.Then no rice only roti's and walking 40 minutes a day

loosing weight is a serious question too.well it depends on the nature of ur body.cos the remedy depends on it.well anyways one month is tough task to reduce ur weight if u hav grown it for years.so some of techniques u cud use is pranayama plus jogging plus the right veggy diet.may be u cud get some fast results.

exercise, eat right and get plenty of sleep. also, if u have all over weight you want 2 lose, then put on a multiple layers of clothing, meaning shirts, pants and a sweatsuit. then go outside and run. try 2 find a large track, and u will sweat alot, but u lose more weight. be sure 2 bring LOTS of water. try it, it works. good luck!

Go to www.weightwatchers.com. If there's a meeting near you, go to it. They'll teach you how to eat right and exercise so you lose weight at a healthy pace and can keep it off. No use dieting if you're just going to gain it all back again.
