If you talk to you Dr telling him you have certain types of religious experiences, they section you under the mental health act (I know from experience). Having picked my self up from being knocked off my feet from the unbelivable confimation of a higher power exsistance. Personnaly I know 100% without a shadow of dought(called 'enlightenment' (it happens if you are a nice person under extreme circumstances)) that a God exsists.

I just thought I ask this question as I have pondered this many times.

Apart from the God does not exsist section, which is to be expected as faith and free will are in 'my opinion' the reasons.

But the people who try to look past the basic question itself and try to pull it apart with complete nonsense in anyway, shape or form. i.e. is 'it', 'it' or is it 'not it', the way you ask it is in complete none context. (FXXX ME its just a question on a simple honest level).
There are a couple of other KH espcially the less and others. I know for a fact pall

I first-ed in physics so there are problably loads of spelling mistakes, above and below(due too no spell checker on add details).

It just a bit ov fun while at work question and all the 'really intellengent people' out there get really annoying.

It was through physics that i really started on the path to proper deep faith, proper.

I been away and now i back (i'll probably go away again but 'I'LL BE BACK).

Peace and love to the nice, Fire and brimstone to the n@$%£&#

You refer to the one true God as creator rather than Creator but then refer to a god so that there is no logical connection or consistency in your question.

In short it is meaningless.

We can guess what you probably mean but then your question is not a valid question since it is not an open question but requires an answer according to what you think and not according to truth.

In short it is a leading question.

Further, if God is God then the question you probably mean is absurd, since God is eternal.

Yes this type of question has been asked innumerable times before and you are not the first to show carelessness, prejudice and ignorance and an inability to reason.

That you are new to this forum, let me welcome you. There are many like you here on R & S and I am sure you will feel at home. I wish you well.

Since your question was boring for me I enjoyed myself in answering you, I hope you enjoyed it.

It has been asked since mankind first began to ponder the possiblity of there being a "god".

Even if you find who created the current god, then one must ask who created the god that created this god? The backwards progression never ends.

The answer is no one knows and no one will ever know. The answers that others may give will simply be the beginning of a new set of "mythological" tales to teach by the campfires as we look up and wonder about the stars in the night sky.

May it all be well with you.

The atheist Bertrand Russell wrote in his book "Why I am Not a Christian" that if it is true that all things need a cause then God must also need a cause. He concluded from this that if God needed a cause then God was not God (and if God is not God then of course there is no God). This was basically a slightly more sophisticated form of the childlike question, "Who made God?" Even a child knows that things do not come from nothing, so if God is a "something" then He must have a cause as well, right?

The question is tricky because it sneaks in the false assumption that God came from somewhere and then asks where that might be. The answer is that the question does not even make sense. It is like asking, "What does blue smell like?" Blue is not in the category of things that have odor, so the question itself is flawed. In the same way, God is not in the category of things that are created, or come into existence, or are caused. God is uncaused and uncreated - He simply exists.

How do we know this? Well, we know that from nothing, nothing comes. So if there was ever a time when there was absolutely nothing in existence then nothing would have ever come to exist. But things do exist. Therefore, since there could never have been absolutely nothing, something had to have always been existing. That ever-existing thing is what we call God.

According to the Holy Bible.. which I strongly believe is the word of God... God is "Alpha & Omega"..meaning the beginning and the end ..meaning God is the creator and not the created one..God has always been, there is no begining and end for God, God is the "Ancient of Time", God is the Rock of Ages, He is the 'MOST HIGH' (The Omnipresent, The Omnipotent & The Omnisient (omniscience).

You got to read the Holy Bible for more

God Bless you

The Word of God tells us "that God's ways are higher than our ways" which means man will not understand all the ways of God. Accept the fact, that man is limited and God is not. Man is made in the image of God, but man is not God. Basically man's brain doesn't handle some thoughts.

Life is really hard for man to understand, that life is not about man, but life is all about God.

this Web explain thing clearer.. http://www.islamtomorrow.com/allah.asp#1 "If Allah (God) created everything - then who created God?
"How can you believe in God, when you can't see, hear, touch, smell, taste or even imagine what He is?"
"Can God do anything?" Examples: Could God die? Or can God make a rock so big that nothing can move it? - If He did make a rock so big, nothing could move it, does that mean that He couldn't move it too? Or would it be impossible for Him to make something so big that He couldn't move it?"
"Where is God?"
"Why did God create everything?"
"Is God pure, good, loving and fair? - If so, then where does evil, hatred and injustice come from?"
"Does God really have power of things? - If so, then why does He let people become sick, oppressed and die?"
"Can you prove there is a God?"
"Does God know everything that is going to happen? - Does He have absolute control on the outcome of everything? - If so, how is that fair for us? Where is our free will then?"
"If there is only one God, then why are there so many religions?
"How do you know that the Quran is really from God?"
"Why does the Quran say "We" if Allah is only One?"
Why does the Quran use "He" if there is no gender implied?"
it tell you there is no deficult question.. but truth answer is more deficult to accept..

God existed from before time was made. God always existed and will always keep on existing. God Bless
John 1
The Word Became Flesh
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was with God in the beginning.
3Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4In him was life, and that life was the light of men. 5The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood[a] it

Yep...Believe it or not, you are not the first to pose that question... In fact it's been ask well before you were borne, or your parents, grand parents, great grand parents etc. But God answered that Himself when he gave his name as "I am" which basically means self existent one. Books have been written on this subject, it's deeper and more important than one may think.
