I'm thinking about doing a CD recording and I don't know if they will want to here me sing before-hand, just to check I'm up to standard. I pretty good at singing but I wanted to know which song you think is the easiest for a 12 year old boy to sing and really blow the guys there away! I have quite a high voice by the way.

Well the answers above basically pointed out No Kool G Rap? Even though he had a whole album in which all tracks were story raps.. Brother on The Run/Ill Street Blues Not too mention Road To The Riches And you have scenario raps as you said so maybe NY State of Mind should be up there And Fetus is one of Nas' best songs and it just happens to be a story rap sooo... Audio Cinematic by eLZhi should be up there too But no TROY? Damn thats one of Hip Hop's finest Maybe Kick, Push by Lupe? No song's of Mobb Deep's The Infamous either? No Big L? The Heist should be up there and basically anything off Lifestylez Ov Da Poor & Dangerous Obviously you won't have everything but these are songs I would include

To blow someone away...that's going to take all your singing talent and presentation. Sing a song that shows your passion for whatever...school, girls, sports, great bands, stars in the sky...whatever moves you.
