I would do it and don't even need the money. I live in New England and have been to Amityville and I have seen the house. You can't walk the property as it is private property but it's just a very large house. I'd spend the night no problem. I do not believe in the supernatural.

I think you mean "atheist".

The people who claimed that the Amityville was haunted admitted they were lying, and since then others have lived in that house with no problems. So of course I'd stay in the Amityville house.

Plus I don't believe in ghosts, so I'd gladly take you up on your offer.

But I can't, because you don't have one million, you tease, you.

Being an atheist doesn't mean you don't believe in ghosts - though it probably means you're more likely to not believe in them.

I think just about anyone would spend a night in a "haunted" house for that amount of money.

I am not an atheist, but would stay there in a minute. Just don't ask me to spend the night there with a born again christian for any amount of money.

Well, the Amityville house is a well-know fraud! I don't believe in ghost, and I am short on cash. Sure, I would do it.

Of course. There's no such thing as ghosts. I'd probably do it for $100 if I were in the area.

it relies upon on some issues: like if i'd desire to depart the lights fixtures on, if human beings have mysteriously died in that residing house, if i'd desire to hold different poeple with me, what the residing house looked enjoyed, and if i've got been given cellular telephone reception in there...

I would take it. I don't believe in ghosts. I think you'll find that most atheists don't believe in ghosts and would take up your offer in a second. Superstitions aren't as scary when you realize they are only superstitions.
